Before Night Bloom, I spent time doing home and garage organizing, and I genuinely love that work. There is something satisfying about bringing order to a space that had been overlooked. I still take those projects when the right one comes along.

I also spent time cleaning offices for a family member back in my hometown. That experience taught me a lot about what commercial clients actually need: consistency, reliability, and someone who treats your space with the same care you would. When I started Night Bloom, those things came with me.

We came to Santa Fe from a city where the standard for professional cleaning services is appropriately high, and we brought that with us. When you hire Night Bloom, you are not getting a franchise, a rotating crew of strangers, or a dispatch line. You are getting us. Our cell numbers, our standards, and our word.

Waste Management Brokering

Light Building Maintenance
We are already in your space after hours. Small maintenance items that come up between visits, we handle them while we are there so you do not have to schedule a separate crew.
Post-Construction Cleanup
After a renovation or build-out, we get the space move-in ready. Dust, debris, and construction residue need specific handling. We know what it takes to take a rough space to finished.

Do you only work with commercial clients?

Yes. Our systems, products, and approach are built entirely around professional spaces. We work with offices, medical and dental practices, wellness studios, and property managers.

What does "green cleaning" actually mean for you?

It means every product we use is non-toxic, biodegradable, and free of harsh synthetic chemicals. We are happy to share our full product list if you have specific ingredient concerns. We also work with you on scent, so your space does not smell like it was cleaned the night before. This applies to every job, with every client.

Who actually does the cleaning? Will it be a different person each time?

It will be Devon and his wife. We are the business. We are not managing a team of subcontractors or rotating employees through your space. When you call, you reach one of us. When we clean, it is one of us.

Can you clean after hours so our office is not disrupted?

That is our default, not an exception. We prefer to work after your office closes so your team never has to work around us. Evenings and early mornings are available. We coordinate access directly with you.

Are you insured? Can you provide documentation?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and are bonded. A certificate of insurance can be emailed before your first appointment, directly to your property manager or whoever needs it. We make this easy.

What if something is not right after a clean?

You call, we come back and fix it, same day or first thing the next morning depending on the situation. We would rather hear about it immediately so we can take care of it. You are not going to get a runaround from us.

What areas do you serve?

Santa Fe and surrounding communities within roughly 30 miles. That includes Tesuque, Pojoaque, La Cienega, Galisteo, Lamy, Madrid, and others. Call to confirm your location if you are unsure.
